We are constantly improving the efficiency of the quality management system at UM by setting quality policies and quality objectives, by analyzing corrective and preventive activities, and by proposing improvements by all employees. Self-evaluations, internal evaluations and external evaluations at UM are included in this process.
Development through a quality system
The University of Maribor will found its development on systematic monitoring and analysis of quality indicators of its operation. The institutional quality system will be upgraded in a manner that will guarantee efficent support to the achievement of the University’s strategic goals. The importance of the quality culture will remain at the core of our activities.
